By participating in this referral program, you agree to the following terms:
- Eligibility: Referrals must be new employees/team members who have not previously worked with SmartRoof. Self-referrals are not permitted.
- Reward Conditions: Current SmartRoof employees will be issued a $2,000. Non -SmartRoof employees will be issued a $2,000 Visa® gift card will be issued to the referrer for roofing and solar referrals only.
- The reward will be issued only after the referred new team member has worked 120 days at SmartRoof.
- Reward Delivery: SmartRoof Employee bonuses will be paid within 60 days via electronic transfer. Non-SmartRoof employee gift cards will be delivered electronically within 60 days of the qualifying conditions being met. Non-SmartRoof employee referrers are responsible for providing a valid email address.
- Limitations:
- Referral links may not be posted on coupon or discount websites.
- Referrers and referred new team members must not share the same IP address or business entity.
- Rewards may not be combined with other promotions or discounts.
- Taxes: Recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with the reward.
- Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without notice.
- Misuse: Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the program may result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.
