By participating in this referral program, you agree to the following terms
Program Start Date: This referral program is effective January 1, 2026. Referrals submitted before this date may not be eligible for rewards under these terms.
- Eligibility: Referrals must result in a new qualifying project by a new or existing SmartRoof customer. Self-referrals are not permitted.
- Referral Submission Requirements: All referrals must be submitted through the official referral form to be eligible. Referrals submitted through any other method (including phone, email, or verbal communication) will not qualify.
- Reward Conditions:
- Roofing & Solar Referrals
- $1,000 Visa® gift card
- Minimum qualifying project value of $10,000
- All Other SmartRoof Services
- $500 Visa® gift card
- Minimum qualifying project value of $5,000
- Rewards are issued only after the referred customer:
- Completes a qualifying project.
- Pays in full.
- Remains in good standing for at least 30 days following final payment.
- Roofing & Solar Referrals
- Reward Delivery: Gift cards will be delivered electronically within 60 days of all qualifying conditions being met. Referrers are responsible for providing a valid email address.
- Limitations:
- Only one reward per referred customer.
- Referral links may not be posted on coupon or discount websites.
- Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
- Referrers and referred customers must not share the same IP address or physical address.
- Referrals submitted after a contract or agreement has been signed are not eligible for rewards.
- Taxes: Recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with the reward.
- Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without notice.
- Misuse: Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the program may result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.
