If your referral completes a project with SmartRoof and pays in full you’ll receive your $1,000 Visa® gift card approximately 60 days later*. You can check the status of your referral by calling SmartRoof at (844) 394-3637.

*Referral Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in this referral program, you agree to the following terms

Program Start Date: This referral program is effective January 1, 2026. Referrals submitted before this date may not be eligible for rewards under these terms. 

  1. Eligibility: Referrals must result in a new qualifying project by a new or existing SmartRoof customer. Self-referrals are not permitted.
  2. Referral Submission Requirements: All referrals must be submitted through the official referral form to be eligible. Referrals submitted through any other method (including phone, email, or verbal communication) will not qualify.
  3. ‍Reward Conditions:
    • Roofing & Solar Referrals
      • $1,000 Visa® gift card
      • Minimum qualifying project value of $10,000
    • All Other SmartRoof Services
      • $500 Visa® gift card
      • Minimum qualifying project value of $5,000
    • Rewards are issued only after the referred customer:
      • Completes a qualifying project.
      • Pays in full.
      • Remains in good standing for at least 30 days following final payment. 
  4. ‍Reward Delivery: Gift cards will be delivered electronically within 60 days of all qualifying conditions being met. Referrers are responsible for providing a valid email address.‍‍
  5. Limitations:
    • Only one reward per referred customer. 
    • Referral links may not be posted on coupon or discount websites. 
    • Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.‍ 
    • Referrers and referred customers must not share the same IP address or physical address.
    • Referrals submitted after a contract or agreement has been signed are not eligible for rewards.
  6. Taxes: Recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with the reward.‍‍
  7. Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without notice.‍‍
  8. Misuse: Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the program may result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.
