If your referral completes a project with SmartRoof and pays in full you’ll receive your $1,000 Visa® gift card approximately 60 days later*. You can check the status of your referral by calling SmartRoof at (844) 394-3637.
*Referral Program Terms & Conditions
By participating in this referral program, you agree to the following terms:
- Eligibility: Referrals must be new customers who have not previously engaged with our services. Self-referrals are not permitted.
- Reward Conditions: A $1,000 Visa® gift card will be issued to the referrer for roofing and solar referrals only. All other referrals receive a $500 Visa® gift card. The reward will be issued only after the referred customer:
- Completes a qualifying project,
- Pays in full,
- And remains in good standing for at least 30 days post-payment.
- Reward Delivery: Gift cards will be delivered electronically within 60 days of the qualifying conditions being met. Referrers are responsible for providing a valid email address.
- Limitations:
- Only one reward per referred customer.
- Referral links may not be posted on coupon or discount websites.
- Referrers and referred customers must not share the same IP address or business entity.
- Rewards may not be combined with other promotions or discounts.
- Taxes: Recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with the reward.
- Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without notice.
- Misuse: Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the program may result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.
- Referers may be eligible for compensation if the referee completes a project with SmartRoof.
