Terms & Conditions
Promo Period: September 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026
- Eligibility: Open to new hires who set and close their own projects and have generated $1,000,000+ in career sales in residential roofing, restoration, or exterior remodeling. Verification is based on the applicant’s stated experience, resume or professional profile, and reference checks. Excludes current SmartRoof representatives and rehires within 1 year of separation.
- Promo Period: This incentive applies only to eligible representatives hired on or after September 1, 2026 and on or before December 31, 2026.
- Incentive Structure: Total incentive of $6,000, paid in two installments. Installment 1 ($2,000) is paid on the representative’s first regular pay cycle following completion of 5 calendar days of active engagement from their start date — the representative must start on day one and remain actively engaged through day 5. Installment 2 ($4,000) is paid on the first monthly bonus pay cycle following the representative’s achievement of $100,000 in personal sales (as defined below) within their first 90 calendar days; it is forfeited, not prorated, if the threshold is not met in that window.
- Definition of Sales: A sale counts toward the $100,000 threshold only once all three of the following have occurred, consistent with SmartRoof’s Commission Policy: (1) contract signed, (2) project approved, and (3) deposit collected.
- Tax Treatment: Representatives are engaged as independent contractors. Incentive payments are reported on Form 1099-NEC with no withholding; the representative is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
- General Terms: This incentive is offered at SmartRoof’s sole discretion and does not guarantee continued engagement for any period. It is separate from, and in addition to, standard commissions under the SmartRoof Commission Policy. Nothing in this document creates an employment relationship, and nothing is intended to induce any applicant to breach an existing non-compete, non-solicit, or confidentiality obligation to a current or former employer.
